Repair/Callout

From time to time your appliance may unfortunately breakdown, sometimes there maybe no reason at all and it may be a one off occurrence.

Before contacting me, first check you have sufficient oil, and then  try pressing the "Lock out" button on the front of the burner within the outer casing, if you are confident to do so. The boiler should attempt the ignition sequence, if this does not happen then contact me.

I charge £60 per callout whatever the time of day. The callout fee includes travelling and the first hour of labour on site. The total cost of a call out will depend on the fault diagnosed and the parts required to fix the fault
